Decker reported eligible. Skipper faked reporting eligible. The ref fell for the fake and declared the wrong guy eligible even though he was told pregame about it. Human error occurs and that’s a wild one.

Yeah I’m not missing anything lol Skipper is Detroit’s regular jumbo OT that usually reports. They sent 3 to the ref to confuse the defense and the ref forgot and went into his default mental check where Skipper is in the game. He assumed. And got it wrong. And that’s that.
