Fantastic #DoctorWho ‘The Savages’ doc from @TobyHadoke and @StuartDenman Felt like the first in-depth analysis of the latter part of S3 we’ve had, with some brand new interviews and the most wonderful story of two married actors ❤️ 90mins flew by. Well worth the price alone.

All I can say is I was in awe of Clem's drumming while I was shooting it but my mind was completely blown the longer I spent editing his footage. Utterly mesmerising. RIP.

About 10 years ago I directed a shoot of Blondie performing at BBC Maida Vale. I had cameras everywhere, of course, including one pointed at drummer Clem Burke while I manned another over his shoulder. I then spent two weeks editing it all into an hour long programme...

You only have to read the replies to see how much people cherish Mark's expertise & his friendship. It's been a privilege to work with him. A legend of Lime Grove, TV Centre and BH. A joy to be on location with & to gossip with in the unwisest of places. I'll miss you, old chap.
