This could be very low level or very high level.- low level might be 'if I concat an absolute file path with a relative path I get a new absolute path'. classic near-instant pure fn.

Was wondering about setting up a mastadon account. Couldn't find a signup link for so wondered about running my own mastodon instance but there doesn't seem to be a terraform solution available. Does that seem right? Is there another IaC solution?.

My favourite DevOps antipattern, I'm calling it the SREPL - the SRE REPL. It's where you get an SRE on a call, because something's broken in prod and you've not got rights. So you shout commands down zoom so you can proxy-debug the problem.

This is such terrible advice. for any project, there's a huge number of tests that are (a) cheap to write and (b) get you to code complete _faster_ than not writing them.
If you’re an indie hacker, you shouldn’t be writing unit tests.
