I want to thank everyone and all authors who have helped in this work! But also Kees for letting me delve into this mystery and purely following our curiosity to know the real reason. Hope this is an interesting read! And we are always open for a discussion! 🙂🔬.

Thus, we had to resort to extensive mass spectrometry analysis to reveal that the presence of Folic Acid(Vitamin B9) in FB medium can also inactivate all three β-receptor agonists under the influence of blue light, via ROS formation. 8/n.

We contacted @GIBCO @thermofisher to know what was it then in their medium that was affecting our experiments. We were asked to sign a NDA for them to tell us the contents of the medium🙂 7/n.
