Don’t get me wrong, I think the administration is in wrong here. But I imagine if a POTUS with a D after his name had made the same arguments, the 3 liberal justices would be much more deferential

On my part, I have family there. I have to visit there for business from time to time. I’d like to be able to wear my kippah openly when I go, without threat of violence Actually, that last bit applies for everywhere in America. (And the rights of all Americans should matter)
