Listening to Jensen Huang on $NVDA call last night, the new paradigm which Nvidia created truly dawned on me. A spider web of companies serving a completely new accelerated computing environ. Nvidia created this over the span of 1 decade. Made a slide to visualize...
I have been trading markets since 1996. After considerable work, I am proud to say I've finished a 10 video product entitled "Everything I Know About Trading, Since 1996".
This is a one-time fee product, so if u don't like subscriptions, this is for you.
Not a brag post. I'm ecstatic & have to share. This is Step 1 in proving I can trade for a living.13.29% returns since 7/22 when account fully funded! Been trying to make this happen since '96! VERY LONG ROAD w/ stories! Thx to

Sharing this $BABA chart because its AWESOME, and checks so many boxes. Study it!
1-Accumulation volume
2-Tight consolidation creates a "wind up" which forms a Bollinger Squeeze
3-Breakout over the very important 200 DMA.
Lfg!! Big day for Memory Chips Tomorrow friends! If you follow my stream, you know I've been talking massive margin expansion at $MU.... well, take a look at Samsung's earnings just now:
@traderstewie
But seriously... I've down it all:
1) Averaging down 1 time, 2 times, 3 times.
2) Buying because of FOMO
3) MOST OF ALL... POSITIONS SIZES WERE TOO LARGE
4) Trying to stubbornly force a trending strategy when the market is in a range.
5) NOT SITTING ON HANDS WHEN MARKET SUCKS
How to 35x your money in 11 trading days on $NVDA.
1) Buy Nov $490 Calls on Halloween for 0.31 each when price undercut $400 (max fear), but then logged a hammer candle
2) Wait 11 trading days
3) Cash out today for $11.00 per contract.
$1K --> $35K

Sick 2 day run in my options account! Thanks $PFE and $TSLA
I’m going to physically remove myself from the computer now, so I cannot give anything back. All cash. :)
2023 United States Investing Championship Results are out:
In the +$20k account division, I finished in 18th place with a +67.6% return.
Winner was +800%! Wow.
20 Trading Rules I Use, in no particular order (LONG POST):
1.Never let a green options position go red.
2.Know where you will be stopped out of a trade before you put it on. Honor the stop.
3.Scale into and out of your options trades. “Starter positions” test your
Trade completed on $BA !! Stalked forever waiting for confirmation over trend line break.
@AOTtrades
pointed it out y'day & thank god he did bcuz my TradingView alert didn't go off?? This is why multiple eyes r great! Bot 30 Oct 275 calls yesterday @ $4.65. What I saw on chart...
Annoyed by constant tweets about lack of capitulation? I was too, but now I kinda agree.😦If we apply the McClellan oscillator to NYSE volume (lower pane), u can see we never even got close to any type of real big capitulatory volume spike. More & more, I believe we may see one
Don’t mistake Wall Street lunch time for a turn-around. Seeing some veteran traders doing this. We haven’t even hit late Sept lows yet. More & more, each day, price action has been screaming that we need a fear spike flush. Believe price needs under Sept lows for that to occur.
Two stocks on my main 2023 watch list, are $ABNB and $UBER. Today, they’ve both pulled back to breakout points, and, they are sporting engulfing candles (so far).
Need follow through tomorrow, but decent risk/reward spots.
More on $PARA - Buffett now owns 91 million shares against a 584 mil share float. That’s a 15.5% stake. Roughly 12% of float is short. So now it’s Warren Buffett against the shorts.
Who do you think wins this one? WATCH FOR SQUEEZE TONIGHT/TOMORROW 👀
Hiked Whiteoak Falls yesterday for my b-day. The kids didn’t even complain once and they actually loved it. Gotta make ‘em put the phones down once in awhile :) This place is gorgeous.
@Poolsnsun
@traderstewie
Basically...
1) Look at chart
2) Determine a stop which is far enough away to not be hit by normal stock gyrations
3) Ask yourself how much of your portfolio you want to risk. Usually 1 to 4%
4) Size your number of shares to match your risk percentage if the stop is triggered.
Broadcom $AVGO is an interesting setup…
1) One of the best volume moves in late 2023.
2) Pullback to 38% retrace
3) Doji candle on Friday (potential change in trend sign)
@Crowded_Mkt_Rpt
Not sure what you are insinuating, but here’s a zoom out. Commercials are frequently short for long periods of time during up trends… 2009 to 2019?
Since 1929, 30 years out of 94 have given negative returns in the S&P500. Of those 30 years, 20 show positive returns in the following year. So, we have a 66% chance of 2023 giving a positive return. Enjoy this useless stat because you will still be scared. :) $SPY $SPX
Terrible pic of

but it’s the best I could do placing my iPhone against our telescope. Jupiter is extremely close to Earth at only 367 million miles, so it’s very bright :) You can also see two of its moons.
Just gonna throw this out there, because *usually* it means something. If I use my own PnL as an indicator, gains stopped being “easy” about 1 week ago. Essentially, breakouts don’t seem to me like they are following through as before. To me, this is a caution flag.
Yesterday:
Wal-mart: “We suck at managing inventory.”
Market: “Oh my God! It’s over!”
Today:
Google: “Things are slowing a bit, but we’re still doing fine.”
Market in AH: “Oh, this was baked in.”
See? B.S. teenager high school drama day to day.
Drink more rum.

In preperation for this week, I cannot get over this chart of $SMCI ... its been YEARS since I've seen something this perfect. If you want to study breakouts, this is THE IDEAL.
This will get zero likes, because ZERO people believe in this stock. Well, not zero, but almost.
Look what $INTC is doing after the worst quarter in company history.
On 5 out of last 6 OpEx Fridays, there has been a pretty steep sell-off. This is a 60 minute chart w/ blue lines representing opex day. Will tomorrow make it 6 out of the last 7?
I think the market doesn’t want you animals messing with 1 and 0 DTE calls anymore. 😂
In love with this new chart depicting LONG TERM sentiment + price action. This is what you watch to make LONG TERM sentiment decisions. You don't listen to the noise, especially on Twitter. The noise will be loudest when its most scary.
watched $TSLA level 2 throughout day. There was a big seller at $220.30-$220.60 from about noon on. Finally, at 3:55pm est, the seller was exhausted and the stock broke out. Now $224.40 in AH.
If you see a breakthrough on a big seller level, it can lead to a nice move
NOTES FROM $NVDA Call
From most important to least….
Software biz is > $1 billion. Jensen says we will be very successful in software. We work with all partners on stacks of software needed for all different applications. Jensen says EVERY software company in the world WILL
Taiwan Semi $TSM trading at a 12-13 p/e. Hasn't traded at this multiple since the 2015 pullback. Trailing 12 month earnings were $2 back then. Now they are $6.
You think Uncle Warren knows what he's doing?
The two MOST important things I have learned from this bear market:
1-The ability to completely stop trading trading for months at a time is incredibly valuable.
2-I ABSOLUTELY have to master

If u wait for pundits to start "FEELING CONSTRUCTIVE", a phrase all over
@CNBC
today, you'll wait until 71.59% money manager portfolio exposure, a # we saw on 8/10.
Sorry for the 15th post on $BA, but this one has much potential. On the daily chart, the stock is flagging, showing a double inside day just below $220 resistance.
Zooming into 4 day, 10 minute chart, noticing large seller(s) between 217.90 & $219. Once seller clears, look out!
Imagine how profitable $DKNG *would have been* if they hadn't increased share count by 43% since IPO.
One to keep an eye on, but I would've been an investor long ago, if it wasn't for this.
Market needs to wake up to stock based comp. Its getting worse, not better.
... is a screen for stocks under 100 million in float, and have had positive earnings and revenue surprises. Some great possibilities in here: $MDB, $SYM, $CAVA, $TWST, $RXST, $GCT, $EOLS
Druckenmiller’s Duquesne Family Office Top Portfolio Increases this Quarter:
15% of his portfolio is $IWM calls? This tells me he sees a bottom in rates.
$IWM $COHR $NTRA $DFS $WWD $ZI $KMI
$CPNG still his second holding in size.
Watch $SHOP - after a failed base breakout attempt on Thursday, I think she’s gearing up for another attempt. Look how the last 9 candles are all bunched up. Big momentum stocks LOVE to shake traders out before they truly breakout.
Any day now imo.
$GTLB is the next $TEAM - it’s being adopted by software teams everywhere. Check out this 5 Year Google Trends search, and especially check where the highest concentration of searches are taking place. The tech corridors of our country.
This gap too obvious. To create maximum disbelief and self loathing for shorts, we probably gap open over $SPY $445 tomorrow :) lol, this market is deviously bullish.
@chamath
I mean, I’m all for putting our own country first, but do people know history? The similarities to Putin’s regime attacking Ukraine, is sooo similar to early Nazi Germany. He wasn’t going to stop with Ukraine.

Final Return for 2023 on United States Investment Championship Account: +67.54%
This is an equity only account, so no options. It was fun to compete and I'll be doing it again in 2024! Who's in?
Caught most of the $NET Conf call... missed the last few Q&A. Here are my notes:
My take aways:
1-Cloudflare has been prepping for 6 years for A.I. and their products are where the industry is heading, so they are already there.
2-Next Gen Zero Trust products are taking....
