🚨🔬Excited to share our new paper now out in @NatureMicrobiol!. Using Tn-seq + live imaging in engineered airway organoids, we explored the fitness tradeoffs P. aeruginosa faces while growing and surviving antibiotic treatment on the mucosal surface. 🔗

Did you ever wonder about olfaction and anosmia in animals. Why do worms love some odors and avoid some. Here is us chasing C elegans in the wild and their microbiome. Dig in if you have time ( you may find Leucine and an olfactory GPCR within).
