Persian is also a gender-neutral language and oh well. We now understand much more how to detect and correct such AI biases. It's past the time to do better than this!

If you work on CLIP, or SELEX data and are curious whether your RBP uses multivalent binding, you can help me test BMF by using our web server. Any feedback/bug report is highly appreciated!.🛠

. BMF can predict sequences bound in-vivo based on in-vitro data in a cross-platform validation. For highly predictive motifs, the spacer length is consistent across different experimental techniques.

. half of the 78 RBPs we studied exhibit bipartite (multivalent) binding. Short (3-4nt) sequences were often enough to describe the motif cores. Bipartite motifs were mostly duplicates and low in sequence complexity.

Very proud supervisor moment here! ☺️ Check out this story that explores the power of cooperativity in building high affinity interactions from weakly binding building blocks! .And kudos to Simon for his constant curiosity, perseverance and diligence! 👏🏼.

Super excited to share the @biorxivpreprint of my first ever paper! We demonstrate with a thermodynamic model, the dramatic increase in affinity and specificity, by cooperative binding of multi-domain proteins.

That's great! I dream of a day when commenting on gender and ethnicity after getting an award is considered strange and unnecessary. Way to go. .
