It's a year since my heart attack where I experienced the best that our emergency services and @SheffieldHosp could offer. Since then I've have 11 follow up appointments, been through heart rehabilitation and taken over 3,000 tablets. Thank you @NHSuk from the bottom of my heart.
Over 30 different staff helped me this week from paramedics, cleaners, porters, doctors, radiologists, nurses and surgeons. Proof that you can mend a broken heart. Thank you #NHS, I'll try not to break it again.

Today I learned of the passing of a digital & analogue friend to that bastard cancer. Beautiful, sassy, clever, opinionated and caring, she was more than a collection of adjectives. She blew through a room like a hurricane, making time for everyone she met. RIP Tracey Cheetham.
