The best part is that the method has provable guarantees of recovering the complex structure in natural conditions. To demonstrate the method, we created a benchmark of difficult-to-dock complexes with concavities in the interface. Also tested on Alphafold multimer predictions.

In collaboration with Meera Sitaram's group we introduce a new discrete geometry-based method for integrative docking with chemical crosslinks (or other distance restraints). Work led by Yichi Zhang and @muskaanjl
