@DefectiveBecca You must not be educated on the topic. There was worry about mass sabotage via ethnic lines during a total war. It doesn't make it right, but putting people in temporary confinement for a valid strategic reason is NOT a camp for mass k-lling an ethnicity. Hope this helps.
