Using our kiCCA knowledgebase to annotate kinobead profiling data of clinical liver cancer samples, we quantified abundance changes in kinase complexes to reveal dysregulated signaling in individual patient tumors.

kiCCA can quantify changes in kinase interactomes. After 15 min EGF treament, we saw changes in multiple kinase signaling complexes downstream of EGFR signaling and beyond, highlighting use of kiCCA to study crosstalk of signaling pathways across timepoints or cell states.

Mapping kinome interactors across 18 cell lines, we saw kinases take on new interactors depending on the cell line and cellular phenotypes, capturing another dimension of signaling pathway activity.

kiCCA simultaneously quantifies hundreds of kinases and their interactors across in cell lines or tissues as the method does not depend on expression of genetic tags or proximity labeling enzymes.
