I've held this and tested it - it runs an *extremely* vulnerable and outdated version of Android, it *prints your private keys over cleartext Bluetooth*, and has no SE.

Monreo wasn't created with the technology it currently has. It was basically a glorified enforced CoinJoin machine prior to Confidential Transactions, with plaintext amounts. Research enabled the current privacy features it offers. This is key, and why I would never buy any.
