Hey @SpringerNature, appreciate the #APCdiscounts for lower-middle-income countries. But why base it on total GDP < $200bn and not *per-capita* GDP? Now Algeria ($4,274 pc) gets 50% off but not Nigeria ($2,184) or Pakistan ($1,597).
