As part of the culmination, teams presented their QI projects via online PowerPoint presentations hosted on the National Cancer Grid (NCG) platform. Following successful presentations and evaluations, participants were awarded certifications by the NCG.

The QI program spans six months to a year and brings together interdisciplinary teams from various institutions. This year, 13 teams from CCHRC, each comprising 6 to 7 members, participated in the graduation event.

The program focuses on improving work processes, elevating patient care, and optimising overall service delivery. Through QI, participants are trained to identify challenges, test solutions, and implement changes that lead to better outcomes for both patients and systems.
