For #RoadSafetyWeek we again ask for improvement of the North Yorkshire Police Roads Traffic team. We believe extra resources were found and the promise of a review made. Any progress @DSkaith?
This kind of driving is dangerous-it should not be trivialised with warning letters. Today we ask new #NorthYorkshire Mayor @DSkaith & @NYorksPolice to improve their OpSnap team up to & beyond the standard of the excellent @WestYorksPolice team. Suggestions include: 1/9

Stroke survivors share their stories and listen to the 999 calls that saved their lives. The first sign of a stroke might not seem like much. Any sign of a stroke is always an emergency. Face or Arm or Speech, at the first sign, it’s Time to call 999. https://t.co/2lVAqZBeYz

Over 88,000 people survive a stroke each year in the UK and the impact it has is catastrophic. Acting FAST is vital for stroke survival and will help improve the journey to recovery. If you spot any of the three common signs of stroke in someone, call 999 immediately. #ActFAST

One in four stroke survivors will experience anxiety within the first five years. This could be caused by fear of a second stroke or financial uncertainties. Either way, anxiety can make you feel powerless and out of control. To read more, visit: https://t.co/mApKVkBpFF

Important issue to unpick carefully. Worth clicking on the link to our research @NuffieldTrust. Definite rise in self funders and, of course, therefore a rise in inequalities in access. No quick solution.

Disappointed nothing but issues since purchasing my bike from @canyon_bikes. To make things worse a lack of responsiveness seems to be common when contacting customer service. Not sure how a bike could be sent out with a rear wheel lever
