So much FUD and FOMO going around what the AI revolution is driving. 107% of our code is written by LLMs, my Claude bill is $83k a month, think about the water etc, etc. I started having to mute words. You know what’s not BS? Cold hard cash. We believe so much in Fin, our AI.

Watching internal demos of this @intercom (and now live!) has been so cool. Opening up phone support to a whole class of customers that couldn't previously consider it.

A week later, and we've another million RPS moved across to @PlanetScale. This represents the majority of the database load in our US region now migrated across.
A real milestone getting a million RPS across to PlanetScale - not long now until we're fully across. Lots of benefits already seen, and we'll write about it, but one slick one; we needed to scale up some infra - we clicked a button - the infra scaled up. No customer impact.

Random data dump - Intercom now does 150k RPS HTTPS requests and 50k async worker requests at daily peak. Also 1 million RPS on PlanetScale!.
