@Nitrousman75 @cliffreid @EMManchester @scanfoam Not my experience. When I was using a Mac blade I might NEED a 4 blade about once every 2 years - and then only for someone particularly tall. No problems engaging hyoepiglottic ligament w Mac 3 in overwhelming majority of patients & it's mechanically superior. 100% HAVL now.
