The lack of motorway in the UK compared to countries like France, Germany, or even the Netherlands is pathetic and no doubt contributes to our chronic productivity crisis.

@PJTheEconomist Do you not think the bigger shadow is the govt continues to spend money as if in an emergency? The taps were open for furlough and have not been turned off. In real terms govt spends ยฃ200m more today than 2018/2019.
