More funding desperately needed for all UK brain banks as researchers and funding agencies think they can run on thin air! @QSBrainBank @BankCambridge @BrainBankManc @LNDBrainBank

This is the case for all UK brain banks. Many researchers want to use the amazing resources that brain banks have for vital research. These resources cost money to run yet funding agencies and researchers think they can run on thin air!! #pathologymatters
Staff at the South West Dementia Brain Bank, based at Southmead Hospital in Bristol, are at risk of losing their jobs, and the bank under threat of closure without further funding - donations needed.
