When the history of this period is written, it won't be kind to Jeremy & those around him. They've degenerated into a carbon copy of the right-wing of the Labour Party, and they're too blind by their arrogance and the belief in their own superiority to recognise it.

in the long run i just don't think you can have a democratic process that functions sustainably in a democratic way if there's a culture where the leadership thinks it has to put a positive spin on everything, and therefore habitually lies to members about democratic processes

Keir Starmer and Rachel Reeves are leading the UK in the same direction as the Tories, the wrong direction. Their economic policies have failed, as they were always going to because they are repeating a failed experiment. MPs should vote down the budget to force them to resign.
