How are members of the parties of capital meant to master the party's rules and procedures if the documents detailing them are so long and clearly inaccessible? Oh wait, they aren't!.

By comparison, most political party constitutions in Britain are massive. The Green Party of England and Wales Constitution and Bylaws are over 70 pages of A4 long, likewise the Labour Party's is over 150 pages.

This is important, as it means the entire rulebook is of a size capable of being formatted into a small pamphlet to be sent to every party member after they join; one that they can take with them to meetings to understand the party's rules and procedures.

The combined draft rulebook is 25 pages of A4, total. This is reduced to just 23 pages total after the final Article dealing with the Founding Conference and Transitional Arrangements is revoked at the opening of the first National Conference.
