There's a lot of "solidairty for me, but not for thee" in the debates on Your Party, Muslims and trans folk. Many demanding solidairty but unwilling to offer it. Some are calling out toxic identity politics without realising one directional solidairty is its defining logic.

Riffing off of European antisemitic policies I see. As well as being a practice of Nazi Germany, England had a centuries long practice of expelling Jews, seizing their assets, readmitting them, and seizing their assets again.
