As I've said many times before LKY realised this at the foundation of Singapore that he couldn't expect soldiers to fight for a society that they hold no stake in.
For all the people saying that targeting higher home ownership rates is "Communism", a history lesson. That is exactly what Australia and other nations did historically in order to combat Communism, by giving people a stake in society.

*you can use any diary. Keen to repeat this in 2025. Also had my year goals pasted in the front too so I could calibrate. Systems need to be as simple as possible and for me this hits the sweet spot!.

I kept reflection super simple in 2024 by using a paper blank* diary and alongside work / appointments and daily reviews (also in gcal) at the end of every week I reviewed what I did socially, for fitness and for work. Super cool to go through 52 weeks of this!
