agree! i learnt so much from working with colleagues, bosses, and clients in a physical workplace on a daily basis. discipline, social cues, how information spreads, pressure signals, etiquette, non-verbal language, etc. i can’t imagine what it must be like for kids to jump.
possible unpopular opinion: one of the worst thing you can do as a smart young man is get a remote job.

@manunalepa Blob fees are independent from tx fees, but they're scaled as per EIP-1559 dynamics. In Dencun, target was 3 and max was 6. Pectra increases throughput to target 6, max 9. Fusaka will increase max to 12, and target to 9 (I think).
