Call your bank and speak with ACH department. they’ll tell you from what bank and give you a trace number. Then you call that bank and find out from who. Don’t ever use random money that’s deposited into your account without verification.

If they see you never carry that type of balance, they should reach out to back office to review and give suggested course of action. It would be easier for the person to make a few purchases. Transfer/withdrawal is iffy.
