So I bought a Nespresso machine which included a recycling bag. ?!? Anyway I rang for capsules and was asked if I needed a recycling bag, I said I had one, what’s it for. Seemingly when full they collect it FREE. I asked what they do with used capsules, they make bicycles. Wow

I found out today that a lady now 90 paid for her meds for diabetes last 18 yrs. Some time back someone told her she could get meds free under Long Term Illness as diabetes is covered. She sent an application to wrong Dept and they refused her and did not advise her further 1/2
