What is the relationship between firm quality and health maintenance? Cool new paper by my coauthors @AnikoBiro17 and Péter Elek out in the Journal of Health Economics.
Working at a higher-paying firm isn’t just good for your wallet—it’s good for your health. Workers moving up get more check-ups, catch heart issues earlier, and (esp. men & older workers) need fewer mental health meds.
