Combining chromatin and transcriptional profiling reveals regulatory programs driving Th17 heterogeneity and insights into CD4 T cell plasticity. Excited to share this collaboration with @alexa_schnell out in @NatImmunol
Excited to see the last chapter of my #PhD published today @NatImmunol. This was a perfect collaboration with my friend @pratiktac. We analyzed the chromatin landscape of Th17 cells and identified BACH2 as an important regulator.

I had a blast working with @alexa_schnell! We learned so much from each other and supported each other through long lab days, career moves, and even motherhood (3 babies born over this project!). Science can be a long road but good collaborators bring a lot of joy to the journey!.
