Congratulations Jérémie! They are lucky to have you!.
After 5 years of research at @broadinstitute and leading a team at @whitelab, I am starting my dream Ph.D. in France. I am very excited I will be designing novel #GraphNeuralNetworks and working on #GeneRegulatoryNetworks inference from single-cell data using foundation models.

In a follow up paper by @Subin_S_George we share custom-build genomes for protein mapping to rDNA from standard NGS experiments, which will serve as an important and accessible tool for anyone interested in rRNA transcription.

rRNAs are transcribed from ribosomal DNA (rDNA) repeats, the most intensively transcribed loci in the genome. Due to their repetitive nature, there is a lack of genome assemblies suitable for rDNA...

Congratulations to @ParalkarLab on the second paper in the rRNA transcription saga. I am very happy to have contributed to this important work. In the first paper (Anthony at al., @MolecularCell) we show that hematopoietic transcription factors bind to cognate motifs in rDNA.
