One thing I love about traveling, is that it breaks the illusion that your current life is the only possible one.

Learning how to say no is a core pillar of financial literacy. Saying no to friends who constantly pressure you to spend on outings you can’t or don’t want to afford. Saying no to family members who’ve quietly appointed you as their personal loan officer. Saying no to a spouse
I rate the guy buy one thing I wonder is how people who are this transparent about their income deal with people asking for loans. Because you're literally broadcasting that you've got it 😂

eventually i think the best coping mechanism is a hobby. your interests will always nurse you back to joy. reading, writing, playing a sport find something that brings joy, then spend enough time nurturing it. rely on it to always help you find your way back.

Life rarely changes in a positive way without an increase in responsibility. That can mean taking ownership of your health or committing to a relationship or starting a business. Whatever it is, if you want the trajectory to change, the amount of responsibility usually has to

I too am 37. One of the biggest things I’ve discovered is that the path to peace is not intense introspection, it’s activity. One full, productive day results in better emotions than hours of self-exploration
After 37 years of age as a man, I’ve finally come to realize that the only cure to depression is just leaving the house at every single possible opportunity no matter how badly you don’t want to.

Friendly reminder: Never be sad on weekends. Cry during business hours and get paid for your depression. Don't let capitalism win.

Turns out, we genuinely find joy in overcoming. While we tend to associate happiness with ease and comfort, research finds the opposite is often true… Happiness is often found by doing hard things and proving ourselves right. Do something hard this week.

To become lean you need to be OBSESSED with the routine a lot of people don’t understand this then be disappointed when it takes long for results to show
“I don’t know what to eat to lose weight” this is an example of full day of my meals that helped me lose 14kg 1,800 calories & 180g protein 🍴

As you start today with all the motivation in the world, remember this: it won’t last. Build a routine. Do it no matter what. When you really can’t, don’t quit or beat yourself up, just do it the next day. Show up, over and over. It is the only thing that works.
My best advice is to stop using motivation as your only fuel. I know it feels great when you’re fired up, but it’s a short-term fuel source. That’s why the vast majority of people who start anything - diet, fitness, new projects - don’t finish. They run out of gas. The only
