I challenged that, opened a site & said "if keeping people safe is illegal arrest me"

Kate Forbes says here “drug policy is reserved” to UK. She is Deputy FM of a gov in Scotland that has a Minister for Drugs & Alcohol Policy.
Scotland has powers for health, public health, drug treatment, rehab, and recovery but the Misuse of Drugs Act (criminality) is reserved.
