Many congratulations to our new First Minister,
@JohnSwinney
.
As he stated, John is First Minister for everyone, and will give everything he has to build a better future for our country. I look forward to supporting him to deliver for the people of Scotland🏴.
👏 Congratulations to
@JohnSwinney

🏴 It’s time to write the next chapter in Scotland’s story and unite for Independence.
Everyone knows someone with asthma but did you know that perfumes, aerosols and pets can all be triggers for a dangerous asthma attack?
I'm supporting

Work begins on the Argyle Street West Avenue on Monday, 13 May, with improvements to roads & pavements, a new cycle way, new trees and raingardens to make this part of Argyle Street more attractive and easier to get around for everyone who uses it 👉
Sauchiehall Street is part of a much bigger picture for the city centre, and despite the disruption this work will inevitably cause, the investment in the future of our city is both welcome and necessary. With work mostly complete before the Xmas period, change is happening now!

Inspiring speech from

launching his candidacy for
@theSNP
Leader and First Minister. John has the experience, vision, and gravitas to be a strong leader, uniting us together for independence.
The footage shared by the UK Home Office is deeply unpleasant, unsettling and disturbing. This is a horrific treatment on asylum seekers, and as noted by
@alisonthewliss
, not in Scotland's name.
This morning, the UK Home Office revelled in its horrific attack on asylum seekers, releasing a video of its enforcement staff detaining people in their homes before sending them to Rwanda.
This is fascist nonsense. Not in Scotland's name.
