Most of the elderly population doesn't even understand the internet. Alot don't even know how to read. It's not funny. Most cannot navigate to even pay their bills. The way we treat the elderly and disabled in the US is a disgrace.

When asked if the people of WV considered ourselves to be northern or southern. We don't fit neatly into northern or southern categories. We're Appalachian, with our own distinct heritage & culture. WV is uniquely positioned as the only state fully within the Appalachian region.
