Better menstrual health literacy has been linked to more positive menstruation experiences and better menstrual health outcomes. For my final year project, I am developing a psychometric scale to measure menstrual health literacy and I am currently seeking participants.

This morning I woke up and read about a potential ban on discussions about the menstrual cycle for young girls. As timing would have it, a short article I wrote about menstrual blood loss was published today.
