I am in absolute denial at this point. This conference has been on my wishlist for ever and the topic has been front of mind for the past three years .. I need to take a minute here... 😱💖🙋
Everyone should now have an email with the status of their proposed sessions. Thank you all so much for the amazing submissions. In the end, we could only accept less than a third of submissions and had to pass on some truly great ones.

One lesson I've been learning recently:
If you're not making yourself and people around you uncomfortable by saying and doing things you really believe in, then you're not moving the needle for the next generation.
