It was built by the Soviet Union, so Russia is not "occupying" it and has no incentive to blow it up since it is under their control. If it blows up, Zelensky and Western leaders are to blame.

I detest Biden, but this is misleading. He did not give Iran $6B. He said the US would not sanction two countries if they release Iranian funds back to them. It was their money to begin with. This is very different than giving US taxpayer money, as we are doing in Ukraine.
