I have been hugely impressed by the quality, dedication and enthusiasm of @unlockedgrads working in some of our most challenging prisons. Really sorry to hear the scheme, in future will not go ahead, at a time when the recruitment of high-quality officers is so important.

We should be very careful in using the term “terror related”. Sadly there have always been horrendously violent evil acts by individuals some mentally disturbed. it is understandable we look for an ideological motivation but often there is just not one - it’s hatred
