A great morning at @hmyoifeltham @parkrun where we welcomed in visitors from @_YJB. It was great to show them the positivity the initiative brings to all involved and why it really is the best way to start the weekend. 5 PB’s were a bonus! @potts70 #smilesformiles 🧡🏃🏾🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻

As much as @hmyoifeltham @parkrunUK is about taking part & volunteering we have to give big praise to our 1st finisher today. The volunteers have been waiting for a sub 20, & today P.Needingworth got it! A big thanks to those running extra laps to support others @potts70 🧡🏃🏾🏃🏻🏃🏼♀️

The cooler, wetter weather put a few regulars off this mornings @hmyoifeltham @parkrunUK but it was perfect for 5 participants pushing for PB’s. We also had half a dozen come and do a few laps with the aim of building up to a 5k. Still the best way to start the weekend @potts70🧡

Always good to return to @hmyoifeltham @parkrunUK after a few weeks away. The young adults and men grabbing a few PB’s between them as well as bringing along a few of their peers to introduce them to the positive mornings we have every Saturday 🏃🏾🏃🏼🏃🏼♀️🧡 @potts70 #powerofsport

Despite our stalwart run director @MGlassup being away on holiday, it was another inspiring @parkrunUK inside HMP&YOI Feltham, with 6 PB’s and 2 first timers and 14 finishers overall. As usual, a huge thank you to all involved. #loveparkrun #smilesformiles

🍽️We recently welcomed in @apavementaway, a charity that supports prisoners to find jobs in the hospitality industry. Their workshop covered interview prep, financial support available & training. All aimed at helping prisoners reintegrate back into society upon release.

We’re very lucky to have Paul’s support, first meeting over 10 years ago at @hmyoifeltham . The men were so grateful for his honesty around his story and struggles. They were inspired to see what he is doing now to help change lives 🙏🏻 @potts70
Job done 💪🏻 today was about one thing to reduce reoffending! Some of these men have been locked up for many years & it’s about them reflecting on their crimes!! & addressing their addiction issues ? & if they do this it’s very unlikely they will return to prison when released🙏🏻

It was such an amazing 4 days. Supporting young people is one of the best things we can do, if we look after our young people, we can rest assured that the next generation will thrive. The DofE does an amazing job, supporting youth and giving them the tools to help navigate life.

Me and @potts70 were volunteering this weekend for a Gold @DofE expedition so popped and did @WeymouthParkrun. Just processed @hmyoifeltham @parkrunUK results and so good to see 3 first timers and 5 pb’s! ⛺️🏃🏼♀️😎🏃🏾👏🏻
