Just some pill bugs aka roly-polies walking on a stick.

I’ve got a temporary habitat arranged for my pill bugs aka roly-polies. They are Armadillium species and they are actually not insects. They are terrestrial crustaceans. 5th grade science students will love these little ones!

We are hooked on a feeling that #BassProShops & #Cabelas care about their rivers. Because of their #outdoorfund we have been able to provide more fishing line bins at more locations for anglers & passersby to dispose of fishing lines; helping reduce wildlife entanglement

Our 7th graders in #7thgradescience are going to be google mapping wolf creek next week and discussing sources of pollution from runoff. Can we help with your research in any way? We would love to be #CitizenScience helpers! #RangerStrong

To achieve cleaner water at Maumee Bay State Park, @USGS is working in Wolf Creek & Berger Ditch to ID sources of bacterial contamination. Sample results will pinpoint the contamination culprits (animals or humans). Then we'll have a better idea of how to solve the problem! #GLRI

I was walking tonight and saw two #coopershawks #coopershawk sticking in the batting cages. With some social media help, I was able to get Reed with #blackswampbirdobservatory to assist me and we freed them. They are such beautiful birds. #nature #birds 🦅
