This is actually the situation in Gurgaon in India and people are still buying! I think, in that case —. Ability to pay rent is a function of people’s disposable income. Ability to buy is a function of how much they sold their family home in Delhi for 😂.
$4,200 - monthly rent .$12,000 - mortgage on the same house . Why would any rational person buy? Yet multiple offers on the house within days. Make this make sense.

I may be too emotionally tied to Cricket memories through the 2003 and 2011 ODI world cups as a diehard Indian fan. but a defeat in the final just absolutely drains my energy and pride. The moods of India rise and fall with our cricket. It’s more than just a sport. It stings.

Been thinking about those analysis that showed driving for Uber was unprofitable. Could certainly be true, but folks still continue to drive for Uber – sometimes cash flow in short-term is more important than long-term profitability.

Peloton is an example of a great company / product that has been ruined by poor business management, and they are now hoping that their loyal customer base will bail them out by paying a subscription fee that is too high for the product's value proposition. Sad!.

I don’t know if @hellomixt knows about @ThistleCo! Could partner/actually start a competitive service (Mixt subscription?) because thistle is a great idea that is having trouble scaling — missed deliveries, open boxes, missing ingrdients, delivering to wrong addresses.Every week!.

A @MasterClass I’d like to see is Inventory Management for small businesses by @tim_cook — would help so many business owners. Poor inventory management is one of the top causes of cash flow / working capital issues.
