I’m not trying to put blame to any of the content producers, players coaches, managers etc. In my exp, these people are overworked, understaffed & restricted creatively. there is a clear lack of resources and care from the investment groups/parents companies

If you’re in esports, start thinking abt your escape. It’s getting worse and worse each year as more unqualified people get put into management roles. Franchising killed most orgs. Esports doesn’t mesh with the corporate world and they have 0 understanding of pro LoL 🌚
