Damage leads to compensation which leads to more damage. I have extreme wrist instability that I never even noticed while playing. Only after I fixed a more problematic area. Plenty of information out there, but check out @1HP_Medic and @HPforGamers.

Pros/casual gamers - If you don't take care of your body, it's causing you a lot more friction in your life than you think. By default, sitting in a chair all day will destroy your body. Now add stress, adrenaline, and a 'gaming' chair . Start now before things get worse 🤝.

I’m not trying to put blame to any of the content producers, players coaches, managers etc. In my exp, these people are overworked, understaffed & restricted creatively. there is a clear lack of resources and care from the investment groups/parents companies.

If you’re in esports, start thinking abt your escape. It’s getting worse and worse each year as more unqualified people get put into management roles. Franchising killed most orgs. Esports doesn’t mesh with the corporate world and they have 0 understanding of pro LoL 🌚.
Didn't find a team for 2022. Retiring until further notice. Don't have much else to say other than thanks to everyone for all the support through the years. GGs GL HF ♥️.
