It works great and is so much cheaper than a light box! I'd love suggestions for how to take a good photo on the cheap (unfortunately phone cameras can't capture all the bands your eyes can see!).
A few weeks ago I asked the question about lab equipment that wasn’t meant to be lab equipment. @monicasguo ‘s lab took the suggestion of a tracing pad as a transilluminator and ran with it. $15 and look at those bands!
