- I witnessed the entire room at Tuesday's Momentum meeting in Liverpool give a standing ovation and cheer (I have a photo of this and a tape recording) to a Labour supporter who made openly antisemitic statements. The problem did seem to be widespread to me.
There is no widespread anti-Semitism in the Labour Party. It is a tiny ugly minority. But even one anti-Semite is unacceptable. Labour has badly mishandled this issue. The leadership should apologise unreservedly & adopt the full IHRA definition & examples
