While I am a Luddite and anti-visual abstract, this is a nice one. Clearly Europe has much better cost control than the US. RP for 5,000€!

The costs for a #prostatecancer treatment for 1 man can be as much as €300,000. Late detection is one of the major causes of these enormous costs.

The 5 stages of surgical retraction: 1. I hold retractor for boss. No idea. 2. I hold retractor for boss. I understand it all! 3. Boss holds retractor, I do surgery. Easy! 4. Junior holds retractor, I do surgery. Hard! 5. I hold retractor for junior. They feel awesome.

Ask 3 Qs: why do it? Will it change management? Most importantly: does it change outcomes? Omitting frz section prior to ONB leads to no increased urethral recurrence
