For anyone who needs to hear this: A hardest part of a PhD (or post-doc) project should be the science and not the people (including the lab head). I am fortunate to be in a good and supportive environment now but that hasn’t always been the case and isn’t for many.

We have developed CRISPRi-based circuits for programming gene expression in plants. These circuits are modular, compact, orthogonal, reversible and programmable and function in various plant species.
