There was plenty of racism on the internet during Trump’s first and second campaigns, but on Elon Musk’s X, “the racism has now become so relentless and self-confident that it amounts to a genuine qualitative difference,” @thomaschattwill writes.

I hate that I get sucked into contentious political stuff when really all we need to know is that Donald Trump wants to eliminate every consequence for the people who stormed the capitol and refers to them as political prisoners.

The prospect of students using AI to write essays should alarm everyone. The purpose of education isn’t to pass exams, it’s to become someone who can read deeply, who can communicate, who can think. We mustn’t farm out our minds to machines.

Do you think it's a BAD IDEA that there's so much money in politics? Did you know it wasn't always this way, and it doesn't have to be? We could pass campaign finance reform but every time we try one of the political parties kills it and you can go ahead and guess which one.

true. most older women, if they are living with older men, will spend most of their time searching for the men's misplaced car keys, cell phone, hearing aid, remote control for the TV (hint: between sofa cushions). am I mistaken?

infuriating to see men suggesting that the purpose of older women is to assist in raising children when their true purpose is to solve crimes.
