Residents of Grove Park who have paid for a hardstanding and don’t have residents parking permits understand that if they want access via Staveley Road, & not queue up on the A4 for Sutton Court Road, they will have to pay for a GP permit. Is this incorrect?

Continuing its discrimination of the elderly and disabled, @LBofHounslow have removed the only 3 disabled parking spaces in CHR replacing them with 2 standard spaces. No room on either side to get out for even an able-bodied person let alone someone in a wheelchair. @HanifKhan_1
