Out in Chiswick Homefields with @Jack_Emsley1! Residents raised frustration at the Labour Council's plans for an enormous block of flats next to the Hogarth Roundabout - with less than 10% affordable housing & against advice from Historic England and its own environment officer!

What a thoroughly enjoyable event Frogs, the play by Aristophanes, was last night. @smpchiswick has done it again! Chiswick's local St Michael's Players is a worthy institution to support. Get your tickets for Friday's and Saturday's performances here: https://t.co/8L2iGwaWnL

So many Chiswick Staithe residents we spoke to today were thrilled with the support and hard work of our #Chiswick @Conservatives councillors...and some of them were even Conservative voters! @CBIConservative have a strong record of delivering for people in Chiswick Homefields.

Thank you @groveparkgroup for hosting a terrific summer party with live music and BBQ! It's a valuable organisation that does much for the local community. Lovely too to see @Jack_Emsley1 and @lgrigg23, who are running with me to represent Chiswick Homefields next year!

Great morning out talking to residents in Chiswick with @lgrigg23, @mikedenniss (who missed the picture!) and the team - lots of people happy that our local Post Office has reopened following our campaign, as well as anger at this week’s latest Labour government scandal!

I'm delighted to announce that the Chiswick Post Office has reopened after closing without warning. Cllrs @JoannaBiddolph and Peter Thompson did much of the heavy lifting and communicated effectively with the postmaster, the council and residents. https://t.co/JoMuKF2jxi

Hounslow council have banned Lime bikes, and licensed Forest and Voi; neighbouring Richmond has licensed Lime and banned the others. So every bridge is Checkpoint Charlie, with loads of Lime bikes parked on one side and loads of Forest and Voi on the other. Top work everyone!

Out talking to residents this morning in Chiswick Homefields - great to chat to so many we’ve been able to help since 2022, with many also frustrated by a local Labour councillor causing delays to a crucial licensing decision here.

Hounslow Labour infamously referred to Chiswick as a “backwater”, but their policies on weeds are making our borough look more like a jungle 👇

Today, the day of the Pope's funeral, I took a photo of the place of his final resting place from the streets he was so keen to reach.
